Description of engagement: JNKE - Master Trainers Team For empowering teachers and other pedagogical staff to apply and implement National Curriculum Framework (NCF) in Primary and General Secondary Education.
Area of Responsibility: conducting of training courses for teachers in primary, general secondary and general part of VET education.
Major tasks
- Conduct training courses for implementation of everyday school work and practice in line with the NCF
- Participate in preparation of training materials for training courses
- In guidance of the Senior Expert for curriculum development and teacher training and WT2 participate in tailoring the training programme in accordance with needs of designated pilot and non-pilot schools
- Assist in preparation of training course performance reports in line with the defined procedure
- In guidance of the Senior Expert for evaluation apply the feedback methodology on the quality of the training courses
- Analyse the feedback results and prepare a brief report on evaluation findings for each training course
- Assist, support and mentor teachers and other educational professionals in their main responsibilities related to the implementation of NCF
